2. Acting on the said strategy I bought a palatial house from an NRI which was a good deal and later on built a huge showroom in front of the house as the house is on a main road with commercial value and has rented the same at a decent amount.
3. As a net result of above strategy my house loan EMI is being paid by the showroom rent and am able to even get to save a few thousand rupees.
