1. I know every body is disturbed due to the prevalent situation caused due to Satyam crisis and thus the issue of corporate governance has come in the forefrnt. A survey by a top most rated company was undertaken to find out the most efficient and best corportae governed companies and the same are listed in the order of the priority.
(a) Infosys: Best among the lot, but can it come out with flying colours post recession.
(b) Tata Communications Ltd: I like TATA as they have the stamping of Tata name in every company of theirs which symbolises the trust.
(c) Tata Consultancy Services
(d) Tata Motors Ltd: Good company
(e) Tata Power Company Ltd
(f) Tata Steel Ltd: Steel India believes in.
(g) HDFC Ltd: No doubt that HDFC is a good company.
(h) HDFC Bank; Best Banking practices in place.

2. I am feeling relieved that Reliance has not figured in this list as this is a 'Chor' company and I had quoted my anguish against this stock as they have Poor Corporate Governance and are only guided by greed factor.
