2. Dish Tv has been able to add 0.79mn subscribers during the quarter and as a result its subscriber base has risen to 4.2mn. It has a healthy ARPUs but due to stiff competition from Sun TV it has to suffer and got ARPU of Rs 137 this quarter as compared to Rs 151 ARPU last quarter.
3. Dish TV can do well if it is able to garner more subscriber base as it will result in cost efficiencies on a number of many fronts namely content costs, dealer commission and advertisement costs.
