Tata Consultancy is the leading software providing company and has given a stellar performance despite recession globally. Even its operating margins have shown substantial increase and same is attributed to containment measures like lower employee costs and increased utilisation.

Management is of the opinion that post global recession clients are more certain about their IT budgets than they were a couple of quarters back. Thus one can add this stock to the portfolio; however one should wait a bit and let this stock fall as stock has gone up in short term and technically stock is over bought and thus enter in this stock as and when some decline is seen in the stock.

Stock is likely to open firm on coming Monday.
