Each one of us as a trader can learn a lesson or two from Mahender Singh Dhoni and we quote here the words stated by Gary Kirsten, Outgoing Indian Team Coach who stated that Dhoni is a leader by example. I have never seen a player give as much effort to every game. He leads by example. He is the 100% man. I've never seen him lose his temper. He loves taking responsibility and when the team loses, no one feels it more than him.

All the management gurus and business leaders can take a lesson from him and take India to the next level and I will not be surprised if Dhoni is incorporated as a guest speaker for management institutes.

Thus as a trader keep your calm during the trades and irrespective of the outcome of the trade do not let the same known to the person sitting besides you on the table.
