We will be introducing grid authentication to make one-to-one NEFT through Corporate Internet Banking. Grid authentication is an enhanced security feature for safeguarding your Internet Banking transactions against phishing attacks and frauds.
The grid values are indicated on the reverse of your Business Banking Card (BBC). To authenticate your transactions, you will need to input the grid values. In case you do not have a grid-based BBC, you will be prompted to enter random digits of your card number to authenticate the transaction.
In case you want to request for a grid card, please submit a request at any of our branches or contact our Corporate Customer Care. A new grid-based BBC will be sent to you at your communication address updated in our records.
At ICICI Bank, we are committed to providing you with a safe and secure transaction environment. Besides providing your transaction password, you are also requested to provide the above mentioned details from your ATM/Debit Card. To request for a Grid Card, kindly submit a request at the branch or contact Corporate Phone Banking before 31st August 2009. A new BBC will be sent to your registered address. Post 31st August 2009 to make NEFT payment entering grid values after transaction password will be mandatory. Please read the FAQ's for any further information.
